Goal A: ORGANIZATION FOR STUDENT LEARNING (ACTION PLAN)

Goal A1: Clarify and communicate the role, policies and procedures of the Board of Directors, School Director, and RIS personnel in the operation and development of the school

Objective A1.1 Finalize the draft Policy Manual that prescribes the organizational operations of the school, its relations with RIS, and the roles of all personnel EVIDENCE

Objective A1.2 Evaluate stakeholder understanding of roles, policies and procedures and develop strategies to increase understanding accordingly EVIDENCE
